The Job
We are looking for Support Associates in Part-time/Student Assistants for our team in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
You will be part of the Live Operation, writing with all Wolt users - customers, couriers or restaurants - and ensuring that the best support is provided to hungry people.

- Attitude: You take responsibility, approach your work proactively, and always keep the bigger picture in mind.
- You speak and write both German and English fluently at C1 level
- This is a part-time position with shift work. You can work mornings, evenings, and also on weekends – Wolt is available to its customers seven days a week.
- You have already gained experience in customer-oriented jobs
- You have a quick understanding, an eye for detail, and never lose sight of the bigger picture
- You are tech-savvy, can quickly type, and are interested in digital products
