About the position:

We are looking for a professional with good communication, organization, and prioritization skills to work at the front line of our support, guiding users, recording requests, and supporting the product team with clear information for daily demand resolution.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support via online channels and phone;
• Clarify doubts and assist in configuring and using the system;
• Record all interactions on customer management platforms;
• Perform basic configurations on the system (steps, deadlines, parameters);
• Open tasks with clear information for corrections, improvements, or new features;
• Forward demands to the product team when necessary, ensuring clarity in requests.

About you:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Good written and verbal communication;

Ease with public service;

Formal writing and attention to details;

Prior experience in a notary office will be considered a differential.
