Job Description Please submit resumes in English. Strong English speaking and writing communication skills are required. As a Support Analyst L2, you will troubleshoot operational issues with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), manage configurations, support cloud solutions, monitor SQL performance, and maintain documentation. You bring expertise with Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Databases, cloud services, Linux systems, supply chain technologies, and various hardware/software tools used in this role.
