Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings
• Create positive, inclusive learning environments
• Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects, and age groups
• Support student progress and behaviour management
• Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in primary, secondary, or both—flexibility is key
• Strong classroom management skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
