Pay Rate: £145 – £245+ per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to work in schools across Sutton in Ashfield. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, adaptability, and the opportunity to inspire pupils in different settings.

Role Overview:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning during teacher absences. You will bring energy, adaptability, and excellent classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects and key stages.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Support pupils to stay engaged and achieve lesson objectives.
• Adapt quickly to new classrooms and teaching environments.
• Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.

Requirements for Supply Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching across primary or secondary settings.
• Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different schools and subjects.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
