To ensure our operational excellence and support our growth, we are looking for a Supply Operations Manager. In this strategic role, you will lead and optimize the daily operation of our supply network (shoppers/drivers/pickers and app users) through advanced data analysis. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure operational continuity, mitigate data-driven risks, and maintain strict compliance with SLAs with our main retail and e-commerce clients. Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an operational leader with a very solid strategic and analytical mindset, capable of managing the daily health of our supply network with complete ownership. The ideal profile combines data-driven decision-making with exceptional stakeholder management to build strong relationships with retail clients. We are looking for someone who excels at tracking operational KPIs through dashboards, anticipates risks such as user churn or demand variability, and acts with speed and agility to resolve day-to-day incidents, always ensuring service continuity and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Data Management and Analysis: Validate and optimize operational data to ensure correct supply coverage, attendance, and sales targets in last-mile operations.
- Team Management and Expansion: Manage a broad operations team and lead the project expansion strategy under a crowdsourced model.
- Supply Stability: Drive the connectivity and retention of shoppers and delivery drivers in the gig ecosystem by analyzing their behavior and mitigating churn risks.

- Key Metric Control: Monitor daily continuous last-mile operations through dashboards, tracking KPIs and generating actionable insights.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to management, directors, and client account leaders.
- Ensure Supply Stability: Drive the connectivity and retention of shoppers/users by analyzing their behavior and mitigating churn risks.
- Operational Risk Mitigation: Anticipate drops in the crowdsourced network supply or changes in demand, executing data-backed contingency plans.
- Daily Incident Resolution: Act with agility in the face of unexpected delivery issues to minimize business impact.
- Ensure Client SLAs: Respond to client requests and coordinate internal teams to immediately correct any deviations in the last-mile service.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports of the gig and crowdsourced model to management, directors, and client account leaders.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- English.
- 3 to 4 years of demonstrable experience in logistics operations, operational monitoring, and direct client management with retailers.
- Indispensable industry experience in the Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets for complex data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI workflows and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Desirable: Previous experience managing supply networks (delivery apps, last mile, or shopper platforms) and use of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Experience.
- Based in CDMX, Hybrid work scheme.
