In order to strengthen our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a polyvalent Supply & Customer Service Coordinator, oriented towards solutions and driven by a sense of service and coordination. Your future mission; You play a central role in the experience of our clients by ensuring that their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders; • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner; • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements; • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; • Perform other duties as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field; • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong analytical and organizational skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
