Supply Chain Synchronization Planner Location: São Paulo, São Bernardo do Campo Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Synchronization Planner at Colgate-Palmolive for, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing distribution plans to ensure optimal inventory levels at distribution centers. This role is crucial in achieving timely product replenishment, minimizing stock outs or overstock situations, and maintaining optimally balanced inventory across the network. The planner will manage movement of products between distribution centers, taking into account factors such as lead times, transportation modes, and storage capacity. The ideal candidate should have experience with supply chain planning tools and systems, as well as strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on changing business needs is essential. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining distribution plans that ensure optimal inventory levels at distribution centers; • Analyzing sales data and other market information to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and manufacturing, to optimize supply chain performance; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed; • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain strategy and operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field; • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role; • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; • Experience with supply chain planning tools and systems, such as SAP or Manhattan Associates; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on changing business needs.
