Supply Chain Support

You’ll support every part of our supply chain team, including QA, planning, logistics, and customer service. You’ll take ownership of specific tasks while gaining a full, 360-degree view of how the supply chain operates. It’s a strong entry point for someone without experience who wants to learn the function from the inside out and build a solid foundation.

After completing in-depth training within our supply chain organization, you will also serve as a backup during holiday periods or times of high workload, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role upon successful completion of the traineeship. This position requires candidates to be based in Belgium and possess the ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Reply to consumer questions and manage complaints inboxes
• Sample preparation, communication with external labs and test result follow-up
• Organization of tasting sessions & reporting
• Support creation and maintenance of technical sheets & files

Customer Service

• Organization of product shipments for fairs / marketing activities
• Document control retail & industrial
• Sample shipments / DHL bookings
• Support administration / order to cash flow for “manual” customers
• Maintenance of customer & item master data
• Support in ensuring flawless EDI flow

Planning

• Support transport planning
• Chep administration

Logistics

• Support monthly reporting
• Support invoice control
