Supply Chain Support

Your role

As Supply Chain Support, you will be the link that ensures our goods flow smoothly and correctly in Belgium. You will work together with colleagues, both nationally and internationally, and within our factories as well as with suppliers. You keep processes moving and think about how it can be even better. A job with impact, in an innovative working environment with plenty of room for initiative.

What will you do?

• You actively follow up on orders and inventory. For this, you maintain close contact with colleagues from different departments and suppliers.
• You ensure that order confirmations are correctly processed and followed up.
• You think about solutions for delivery and quality problems, in close collaboration with Quality Management.
• You support administrative tasks related to import and export declarations.
• You actively think about how we can make our order processes even smarter and more efficient.
• You translate global Bosch and Bosch Rexroth processes into local initiatives.
• You participate in exciting projects, such as the transition to a new SAP system and the further digitalization of our operations.
• You will be part of a team of 3 and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
