Your journey begins at our established logistics center in Switzerland, where you will work closely with our Supply Chain team to optimize processes and drive business growth. As a Supply Chain Process Engineer / Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and identifying areas for further improvement. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition. Your skills and qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably with a focus on process improvement and project management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Familiarity with supply chain management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
