Supply Chain Planning Team Manager @ Capgemini

12 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, with extensive exposure to planning (DRP, inventory, supply, or strategic planning) — ideally within FMCG or similarly fast-paced environments. Strong leadership experience managing, developing, and motivating planning teams in a global or matrix setup. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain, planning methodologies, S&OP/IBP processes, and cross-functional dependencies. Hands-on experience with major planning systems, such as SAP, BlueYonder, Manhattan Associates, or similar tools. Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Supply Chain Planning initiatives, leveraging data analytics, process improvements, and technology to drive business outcomes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, levels, and geographies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in planning processes. Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity in fast-paced environments. Experience working in a global or matrix organization, preferably within the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
