SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

Page Personnel, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, will be responsible for the following functions: - Optimization and standardization of material and information flows, with a strong customer-oriented approach. - Ensure accurate and punctual execution of production plans. - Harmonize planning logics and methodologies between all productive departments. - Manage priorities and monitor delivery lead times to ensure service level achievement. - Supervise and monitor the entire production cycle of all products through Oracle and CyberPlan tools. - Collaborate with Customer Service to define delivery dates and manage customer requests. - Work closely with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure adequate material supply and optimize inventory levels. - Guide the S&OP process in collaboration with the Sales team. - Ensure correct application of company processes, including quality, environment, and safety procedures, as process owner for this role. Special Activities - Support definition and implementation of new strategies and continuous improvement projects. - Assume the role of Safety Leader in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/08. Essential Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain field. Experience and Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing contexts. - Excellent knowledge of English language. - Solid understanding of production processes. - Advanced Excel skills. - Outstanding data analysis capabilities. - Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling/planning tools.
