These are our current challenges and future goals:

As Supply Chain / Operations Controller (all genders) at Glow25, you will build a modern controlling for our supply chain and act as a business partner for the operations management team. In our strong growth phase and with the setup of our new location Brick Hub in Berlin (Reinickendorf), you will provide transparency over cost drivers, develop meaningful dashboards, and steer our supply chain processes data-based.

In this area, we need your support:

• You will build a state-of-the-art supply chain / operations controlling and continuously develop it further.
• You will act as a business partner for the operations management team.
• You will identify, analyze, and steer key cost drivers and KPIs, including the setup of meaningful dashboards & reports (e.g. Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Turnover) for comprehensive steering.
• You will develop budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and business cases (e.g. Make or Buy, MOQ, supplier change) together with the operations management.
• You will ensure optimal process quality in the S&OP process to optimize availability.
• You will identify efficiency and optimization potential along the supply chain.
• You will take over responsibility for financial control, including inventory valuation, COGS, and other costs within monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in close coordination with accounting.
• You will accompany the setup of our new location Brick Hub in Berlin.
• You will support risk management through monitoring and proactive management.
• You will work closely with all operations departments, finance & accounting, BI/data, eCom, and retail sales.

You bring the following experiences:

• You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, economics, supply chain management, finance, or comparable.
• You possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain / operations controlling, ideally acquired in leading companies with focus on FMCG, food, supplements, or D2C, or in fast-growing companies.
• You have developed analytical skills and a structured, independent working style.
• You show high commitment, excellent social competence, and outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• You have a hands-on mentality, ownership, and a pragmatic implementation approach.
• You possess very good knowledge of common tools and ERPs.
• You are available at least three days a week on site.
• You master German and English very well in word and writing.
