• Operational replenishment in your product area: daily and weekly order routine, order initiation, confirmation of order confirmations, and deadline tracking.
• Management of order horizons and early warning of availability and bottleneck risks.
• Operational supplier communication in day-to-day business – from deadlines and quantities to the factual preparation of claims.
• Bottleneck management: structured escalation to manufacturers and development of allocation proposals together with Strategic Purchasing and Product Management.
• Coordination of deliveries with our logistics and warehouse management, including partial and under-deliveries.
• Data-driven work with our procurement and analysis tools, including feedback of errors to IT.
• Clean documentation and ticket discipline as a basis for reliable team coverage.
• Structured input to Strategic Purchasing, Product Management, and S&OP regarding availability, delivery reliability, and bottleneck patterns.

• Experience in supply chain management, dispatching, material planning, or procurement, ideally in a broad, international, or seasonal assortment.
• Structured, reliable, and self-directed way of working – systematic rather than reactive.
• High affinity for numbers and data, as well as confident handling of ERP systems and Excel.
• Clear, objective communication when interacting with suppliers and internal interfaces.
• Strong sense of priorities and the ability to maintain an overview even during bottlenecks.
• Additional experience in the international freight forwarding and logistics sector is an advantage.
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
