Supply Chain Manager / Order Processing Clerk (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Erlangen as „Supply Chain Manager / Order Processing Clerk (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Supply Chain Manager / Order Processing Clerk (m/w/d), you will capture and verify customer orders in the SAP system and manage the entire order processing process until invoicing.
• You will coordinate the information flow with internal interfaces, particularly procurement and sales.
• You will take over technical order clarification according to defined processes and ensure a correct data basis.
• You will perform data analyses, create informative visual dashboards, and support the presentation of important KPIs.
• You will actively participate in optimizing workflows in Order Management, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to improve process quality and throughput times.

Qualification

• You bring a commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), forwarding agent (m/w/d), merchant for wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d), or office manager (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience as a Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d), Order Processing Clerk (m/w/d), Disponent (m/w/d) or in a similar position.
• If desired, you have fundamental knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You convince with a structured and self-reliant working style, organizational talent, team ability, stress tolerance, and excellent communication skills.
• You secure German as well as good English language skills round out your profile.
