Analyzes and improves processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Develops and implements strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Identifies and mitigates risks in the supply chain. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Verifies and validates data and information from various sources. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and shipments. Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders. Provides guidance and support to team members. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.
