About You Nutrafol is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join its growing team. The Supply Chain Manager is focused on all aspects of the supply chain, engaging in overseeing contract manufacturing partners, finished goods and various supply chain projects. Responsibilities Long-Term Planning (Rolling 12-15 months) - Update monthly MRP file Reconcile inventory and ensure data accuracy with all supplier and manufacturer inventory and movement reports. Reconcile and adjust production based on supplier feedback. Roll over anything that did not ship in M-1 or remove anything that shipped early. Determine and maintain optimal safety stock and reorder parameters based on target days on hand, vendor lead times, transit times, and warehousing capacity. Place and manage POs accordingly. Determine long-term outlook for inventory levels and adjust production plans accordingly. Short-Term Planning (Weekly) - Review and update weekly MRP file to ensure accurate inventory levels and production schedules. Monitor and adjust production based on supplier feedback and changes in demand. Manage POs and ensure timely delivery of goods. Ensure all supply chain projects are completed within the given timeframe. Supply Chain Optimization - Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency gains throughout the supply chain. Develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results. Contract Manufacturing Partnerships - Manage relationships with contract manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed. Finished Goods Management - Oversee the management of finished goods inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Determine optimal storage locations and manage warehouse space effectively. Vendor Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings. Supply Chain Projects - Manage various supply chain projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure all projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget.
