- Flexibility: Working hours with scope for design and up to two months of workation within the EU give you freedom.

- Operational procurement in your product area: daily and weekly ordering routine, placing orders, checking order confirmations, and tracking deadlines.
- Management of order lead times and early warning of availability and bottleneck risks.
- Operational supplier communication in day-to-day business – from deadlines and quantities to the factual preparation of complaints.
- Bottleneck management: structured escalation to manufacturers and development of allocation proposals together with Strategic Procurement and Product Management.
- Coordination of deliveries with our logistics and warehouse management, including partial and under-deliveries.
- Data-driven work with our procurement and analysis tools, including reporting errors to IT.
- Clean documentation and ticket discipline as the basis for reliable representation within the team.
- Structured input to Strategic Procurement, Product Management, and S&OP on availability, delivery reliability, and bottleneck patterns.
What you bring with you
- Experience in supply chain management, dispatch, material planning, or procurement, ideally in a broad, international, or seasonal product range.

- High affinity for numbers and data, as well as confident handling of ERP systems and Excel.
- Clear, factual communication in exchange with suppliers and internal interfaces.
- Strong sense of priorities and the ability to maintain an overview even during bottlenecks.
- Additional experience in international freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage.
