Supply Chain Manager

Your mission:

As Supply Chain employee, you support the entire process of purchasing, production, and delivery of our lockers. You are an important link between suppliers, internal teams, and customers, and help optimize our supply chain further.

Your daily role:

• Operational follow-up: You track orders and deliveries and ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Communication: You stay in close contact with suppliers and internal teams (sales, PM, Support, R&D).
• Planning & inventory management: You help manage inventories and create production and delivery plans.
• Process improvement: You actively think about optimizing internal processes and logistics flows.
• Price & quality monitoring: You continuously investigate whether better prices or alternative products are available, with an eye on the best price-quality ratio.
• Lender agreements & quality follow-up: You make price agreements with suppliers and closely monitor the quality of delivered products.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows.
• Support in negotiating and following up on agreements with suppliers and transporters.
• Work on inventory and production planning.
• Report KPIs and deviations.
• Think about improvement projects within supply chain and logistics.

Requirements

What do you bring?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or similar through experience.
• You work structured and keep an overview, even when it's busy.
• You can communicate fluently internally and externally.
• You take initiative and work solution-oriented.
• Linguistic skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
