Supply Chain Manager [H/F/X]

Adecco Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge in the watch industry? We have a unique opportunity for you! To meet the needs of our clients, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager [H/F/X]. Responsibilities - Organizer and coordination, in collaboration with service team members, production respondents, and suppliers, ensuring optimal daily workload distribution. - Pilot actions to control delays or advances in delivery to respect deadlines. - Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily events. - Ensure compliance with rules related to precious material management. - Manage and optimize IT systems and inventory management. - Contribute to defining and tracking continuous improvement plans in a logic of permanent progress, supporting team members towards autonomy and responsibility. - Guarantee internal and external communication for the service. Profile - Federal logistics diploma or equivalent degree in production and/or logistics management. - Team management required. - Analytical and synthetic thinking capacity. - Good stress management. - Communicative nature with ability to take initiatives, being reactive and comfortable in a team environment. - Proactive, pragmatic, and enjoys working on the ground. - Strong team spirit and great versatility. - SAP and IT tools mastery. - 5-10 years of logistics experience. - Shifts: 2X8 hours.
