Supply Chain Manager – Jaipur, India (Full-Time, Mid-Career) About Guidecraft: Guidecraft Inc., USA, is a 59-year-old company engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality educational toys and furniture for the consumer and educational markets, primarily in the US but with a growing international presence. Headquartered in New York, Guidecraft has offices in China, Vietnam, Thailand, and India. We recently launched our Playspace Design Initiative, focused on designing play spaces that foster creativity, imagination, and learning. As we continue to grow and expand globally, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Jaipur, India. This is a full-time position for mid-career professionals. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager who can lead our supply chain operations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that meet business objectives. • Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management tools is desirable.
