An opportunity has opened for a Supply Chain Manager to join Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics on a full-time basis, which is a boutique Australian beauty brand. Ere Perez creates innovative makeup and skincare for today’s consumer seeking minimal, ethical and healthy beauty. With 20 years of experience in the skin care industry, Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics is marked as a trusted leader in delivering clean beauty and is famous for stellar formulas and multitasking creations.

Location: Bondi, NSW 2026

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum + Super

Role: Full-time

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop, evaluate and implement strategies for procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Effectively strategise and monitor the flow of products, fine-tune distribution networks, and supervise national & international transportation processes.
• Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses and 3PL locations, ensuring product availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Efficiently handle vendor relationships and identify third-party suppliers.
• Direct outflow on LIFO or FIFO basis for inventory management and use of appropriate valuation method.
• Source vendors, negotiate contracts for a reliable supply chain.
• Develop cost effective logistics and procurement strategies.
• Establish international product distribution channels efficiently.
• Implement a reporting system for continuous supply chain improvement.

Required qualification, work experience & skills:

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of local experience in a similar role within the cosmetics or beauty industry preferred.
• In depth knowledge with ERP, WMS and E-Commerce systems such as Unleashed, Channeldock, Mintsoft, Shopify, Etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with global trade regulations and customs procedures.
