Supply Chain Manager

Join our dynamic international manufacturing team as a Supply Chain Manager and lead our efforts in achieving service excellence and efficiency across our supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves:

• Leading all supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and complete delivery performance.
• Overseeing inventory and capacity planning to balance demand with optimal cost and efficiency.
• Managing supplier performance and identifying opportunities for sourcing and process improvements.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Developing and mentoring the local supply chain team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a production or FMCG supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Proactive mindset focused on results, efficiency, and process optimization.
• Fluency in English and Romanian; additional languages are an advantage.
