About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As Supply Chain Manager at Triode, you'll take genuine ownership of the entire supply chain function across inventory, purchasing, and dispatch. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about shaping how the function operates and driving meaningful improvements within an electronics manufacturing environment. You'll lead a dedicated supply chain team spanning dispatch, inventory, and purchasing functions.

You'll need proven experience managing supply chain operations across inventory, purchasing, and dispatch within a manufacturing or made-to-order environment. Demonstrated people leadership experience is essential, including managing team leaders and direct reports. You'll have hands-on experience using ERP systems like Acumatica or NetSuite to manage operations, with the ability to create meaningful KPIs and quickly identify when data doesn't align with reality. Practical experience managing international supply chains, including logistics coordination, trade compliance, and tariff exposure, will be important.
