About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As Supply Chain Manager at Triode, you'll take genuine ownership of the entire supply chain function across inventory, purchasing, and dispatch. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about shaping how the function operates and driving meaningful improvements within an electronics manufacturing environment. You'll lead a dedicated supply chain team spanning dispatch, inventory, and purchasing functions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing new systems across the supply chain.
• Managing international logistics, trade compliance, and strategies to minimise tariff exposure.
• Creating meaningful KPIs and ensuring data accuracy to inform business decisions.
• Mentoring team leaders and developing individuals with diverse strengths and needs.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders and optimising rates through strategic tenders.

About You | Mōu
You'll need proven experience managing supply chain operations across inventory, purchasing, and dispatch within a manufacturing or made-to-order environment. Demonstrated people leadership experience is essential, including managing team leaders and direct reports. You'll have hands-on experience using ERP systems like Acumatica or NetSuite to manage operations, with the ability to create meaningful KPIs and quickly identify when data doesn't align with reality. Practical experience managing international supply chains, including logistics coordination, trade compliance, and tariff exposure, will be important.

You'll be successful if you:

• Take ownership of issues and make timely decisions, bringing solutions rather than just problems.
• Lead teams through change in a structured way, considering impacts across functions.
