This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 4-5.5 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Mumbai

JobType: full-time

The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring accurate system data management, and strengthening internal controls across inventory and cost operations. The role requires expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and D365, with a focus on data accuracy, inventory control, and cost management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process excellence initiatives and implement best practices in Supply Chain Management.
  • Ensure accurate system data updates within SAP & ERP platforms.
  • Identify and resolve system-related issues including stock transfers, GRN, MAP, UOM, and BOM booking errors.
  • Monitor and verify data transfers across dual systems (SAP & D365) for transactional accuracy involving factory, warehouse, clinic, and reverse logistics.
  • Manage SAP and D365 inventory mapping activities and coordinate reporting of receipts and consumption.
  • Perform inventory valuation and reserve calculations.
  • Support internal controls on COGS activities and reconcile monthly cycle counts, provisions, and semi-annual physical counts with perpetual inventory at clinic level.
  • Review all accounting entries during month-end closing.
  • Conduct regular audits of excess stock, negative stock, and BOM consumption pendency, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Analyze consumption bookings, COGS, and reporting across all cost centers.
  • Oversee inventory control and management across warehouses and clinics.
  • Deliver daily and monthly MIS reports with in-depth analytics and reviews.
