Supply Chain Engineer

Responsible for optimizing business processes within the supply chain department and across cross-functional teams. The Supply Chain Engineer will develop, design, and implement the company's supply chain management processes, continuously improving them through auditing and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves leading teams and directly communicating to drive improvement programs focused on supply chain design, inventory control, cost reduction, and lead-time reduction. The Supply Chain Engineer will also be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the supply chain, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure that the supply chain is optimized and aligned with the company's overall business objectives. The Supply Chain Engineer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the supply chain is operating effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
