Aufgaben

Aufgaben:

• Monitoring of supplier and subcontractor performance and conducting site visits as needed
• Technical support for production, assembly, and commissioning teams
• Participation in project calculations and bid evaluations
• Introduction and application of tools for transparent data transfer and project monitoring
• Verification of technical specifications and supplier offers against requirements
• Tracking of orders, processing of non-conformities, and management of change requests
• Support for continuous improvement measures and efficiency gains in production
• Observation and evaluation of technological developments in the field of production and integration
• Application and assurance of quality, safety, and environmental standards (QSE)
• Assurance of clear and transparent communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Representation of the company through professional appearance, cooperation, and compliance with rules
• Participation in technical meetings to define the necessary input data for a smooth project workflow.

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in project management in the field of production and/or integration
• Very good knowledge of production methods and supplier management
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication skills and teamwork
• Knowledge of quality systems and methods for continuous improvement
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
