Supply Chain Director

Pacific International is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the semiconductor industry recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence across its diverse product lines. The organization is seeking strategic and forward-thinking Director of Supply Chain to lead the Shared Services site in Mexico and drive excellence across the end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping global supply chain strategy, standardizing best practices, and ensuring seamless integration with other business functions. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency in complex global supply chain environments. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
