We are now seeking a talented Supply Chain Data & Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and systems to optimize supply chain operations, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth. Your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and system implementation will enable us to make informed decisions, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. Responsibilities: • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or a related field • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and process optimization • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools quickly • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools • Flexible working hours and remote work options
