SUPPLIES MANAGER

Job description

- Lead 4 Coordinations (MRO, Entressafra, G&A and Logistics), as well as 1 IT Specialist. Focusing on the maturation of categories and, also, on the development of leaderships.

- Be a focal point of contact for platform leaders to align, lead, and manage initiatives (negotiations and projects), as well as action plans/correction

- Contribute to better decision-making within supply chain processes, considering - price, deadline, quality, safety/compliance.

- Lead/participate in global projects and initiatives

- Manage performance indicators, leading action plans when necessary to achieve main area goals (SLA – level and attendance, Contracts, Automation, % of inconsistent order and rework, payment term, supplier risk management)
