Supplier Throughput Analysis Specialist The Supplier Throughput Analysis Specialist (STAS) will be responsible for supporting the Supplier Quality Development team in implementing / sustaining autonomous and preventive maintenance practices at supplier facilities. The STAS will lead the supplier in a structured approach by coaching supplier teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability, operator ownership, and long-term asset performance. The candidate will work closely with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement solutions, and monitor progress against established metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for driving results through data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing structured approaches to improve equipment reliability and operator ownership. • Coaching supplier teams on autonomous and preventive maintenance practices. • Collaborating with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvements and developing solutions. • Monitoring progress against established metrics and reporting results. • Providing training and support to suppliers as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, quality control, or a related field, with experience in implementing and sustaining autonomous and preventive maintenance practices. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
