Supplier Quality Engineer EE and Modules

Responsible for supplier management to ensure the quality of products delivered to the manufacturing plants of the Stellantis group and for the development of the supply chain quality system. PPAP approvals of new projects and engineering changes. Coordination of quality problem containment activities and root cause investigation through the use of advanced problem solving techniques. Implementation of corrective, preventive actions, continuous improvement and action plans in supplier plants. Supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Stellantis' quality standards. Development of quality procedures and guidelines for suppliers. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of supplier performance to identify areas for improvement. PPAP approvals of new projects and engineering changes. Synchronization of quality data and metrics across the supply chain. Identification and mitigation of potential risks in the supply chain. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives. Development of training programs for suppliers on Stellantis' quality standards and procedures.
