Job description
Main Responsibilities :
Manage supplier performance by defining key performance indicators (KPI) and ensuring effective follow-up.
Develop continuous improvement plans to optimize quality, timelines, and reliability of suppliers.
Analyze risks related to suppliers and implement action plans to anticipate and mitigate potential problems.
Closely collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to align performance strategies and ensure satisfaction of production needs.
Coordinate supplier audits and compliance evaluations to ensure respect for company standards and requirements.
Supervise communication with suppliers to build solid and durable partnerships, while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
