Our client is an internationally active shipbuilding consortium. He realizes newbuildings and repairs of naval ships and coastal patrol boats. As project coordinator, you ensure that approval and licensing processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the project teams receive optimal support. Bring your organizational talent in and actively shape high-quality ship projects.
Tasks
- Surety of supplier capability and quality of critical suppliers
- Steering and implementation of supplier development measures, including on-site assignments
- Tight coordination with procurement, technology, project management, and development
- Establishment and maintenance of supplier key figures as well as the conduct of evaluations and audits
- Identification, qualification, and risk assessment of new and existing suppliers
- Support in tender reviews, factory acceptance tests, and regulatory requirements (e.g. LkSG)
Qualification
- Completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, shipbuilding technology, electrical engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in supplier management / supplier development or alternatively in production, planning, or construction
- Experience in classical and agile project management
- Ideal knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma
- Safe handling of MS Office, ERP systems, and very good German and English skills
- High travel readiness
