We are currently recruiting a Supplier Development Lead for our office in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of our suppliers. This will involve identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with our quality and safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in supplier development and quality control. They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing. The Supplier Development Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives and values.
