Personnel Page The resource, inserted within the administrative team and reporting directly to the Administration Manager, will be responsible for independently managing activities related to the passive cycle and accounting management of suppliers. In particular: - Insurance practice management: spotting and cleaning transient documents related to credit notes, document archiving - Payment control and registration, paid practices disposal, debt management - Preparation of monitoring files for insurance practices sent during the year - Medical bill control and registration, sending for signature, payment proposal, and archiving - Updating medical files for budget preparation - CU control and PEC transmission - Credit card company registration The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured realities or complex contexts. Completing the profile: - Diploma in accounting or degree in economic disciplines - Good knowledge of main computer and accounting tools - Precision, reliability, and ability to work in a team Prestigious private healthcare company, reference point on the Milanese territory for the provision of high-level clinical and assistance services.
