Job description
JUNIOR IT SUPPORT (N1) Presencial - Sinop-MT MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Attend technical support calls (presential and remote) at first-level Realize initial diagnosis and resolution of basic incidents Create, update, and close tickets in Service Desk tool Perform basic installation and configuration of software Support the configuration of user accounts (AD, email, access to systems) Escalate incidents that fall outside N1 scope to N2/N3 levels Support organizing and prioritizing tasks according to established procedures Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support Provide excellent customer service and communication skills PRINCIPAIS REQUERIMENTOS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 0-2 years of experience in IT support Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Familiarity with Service Desk tool and incident management processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment PRINCIPAIS BENEFICIOS Competitive salary package Comprehensive training program Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible working hours and remote work options
