Phone Technical Support Technician – Security Systems

What will you do in this role?

• Provide phone and email technical support to our clients (identify needs, recommend products, support configuration/installation).
• Answer clients' specific questions about equipment compatibility and functionalities.
• Remotely diagnose any malfunctions or configuration errors reported by clients.
• Collaborate with Sales/Service/Return departments for quick resolution of requests.
• Test and familiarize yourself with new products entering the store's portfolio.

What are we looking for in you?

• Basic or intermediate technical knowledge in the field of security systems (IP/analog video surveillance, alarms, networking/IP, access control, gate automation).
• Excellent phone communication skills, empathy, and patience in dealing with clients.
• Capacity for analysis and efficient resolution of technical problems (troubleshooting).
• Attention to detail, customer orientation, and a continuous desire to learn.
• Previous experience in installing security systems or in a similar technical support position is a significant advantage.
