Responsibilities

• Technical Documentation: You will prepare, update, and organize diagrams, manuals, technical sheets, and documentation for the equipment in the portfolio.
• Customer Relations (Maintenance): You will contact existing or potential clients by phone and email to present, negotiate, and extend preventive and corrective maintenance contracts.
• Purchasing and Logistics: You will identify the part codes needed for repairs, request quotes from suppliers, and place orders for spare parts.
• Technical Support: You will provide initial technical support (level 1 support) to clients or the field team for the correct identification of defects and necessary parts.

Ideal Candidate

• Education: Graduate of technical secondary education (Technician) or higher education (Engineer) in the fields of: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret an electrical/electronic diagram and a product technical sheet.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in expression, clarity, and a client-oriented attitude in phone and written interactions.
• Organization: Attention to detail in drafting documents and managing inventory or parts orders.
• PC & Foreign Languages: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); knowledge of English at a technical level (for identifying parts and communicating with external suppliers) is a major advantage.
