Job description
Job Title: Technical Support
We are looking for a colleague passionate about technology and eager to provide quality technical support. Join our team in Bucharest!
Main Responsibilities:- Providing Level 1 technical support to users (phone, email, face-to-face);
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, mobile devices);
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications;
- Assisting with connectivity issues and maintaining optimal IT system performance;
- Recording and tracking incidents in the ticketing system.
- Previous experience in a technical support / helpdesk role;
- Solid knowledge of Windows / Mac operating systems;
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills;
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
