Job description
Responsibilities:
- Providing specialized onsite/remote assistance to company employees, respecting work procedures
- Installation, configuration, and optimal maintenance of all services within the scope of responsibility
- Installation and configuration of workstations and company peripherals.
- Specialized studies
- Experience in the field: min. 2 years
- Dynamic, social, punctual, with good manners
- Teamwork skills, as well as independence
- Attentive to details and analytical thinking
- Organized and responsible, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Windows 10, 11 operating systems and Office
- Knowledge of networking, cabling, UTP cable crimping
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of computers, laptops, Zebra printers, Konica Minolta, Honeywell etc.
- Knowledge of English
- Availability for travel
- Mandatory requirement: driving license - category B.
