Glass Sliding System Production Supervisor

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor for one of our clients, a company specialized in manufacturing high-quality glass sliding systems for closing terraces, balconies, and interior spaces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination (e.g., windows, doors, roofs, curtain walls, garage doors);
• Experience in analyzing production performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvement solutions;
• Experience using an ERP for production planning and management;
• Excellent leadership, organization, and analysis skills;
• Ability to make quick and efficient decisions.

Duties:

• Coordination, planning, and optimization of production processes;
• Supervising production employees to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
• Maintaining a smooth production flow to prevent bottlenecks and delays;
• Ensuring efficient inventory management to prevent material shortages.
• Proactive communication with the client regarding the current production status, any changes that may occur, and the final delivery date.
• Efficient collaboration with other departments to align production objectives.
