Installation Assembly Supervisor

Are you a technical professional with experience in coordinating assembly and installation works? Join our team in the role of Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the Project Manager, prepare execution schedules for ongoing projects and communicate them to subordinate personnel;
• Support the Project Manager in developing time standards for executed works;
• Ensure the necessary labor force and technical-material resources, informing the Project Manager in advance about needs;
• Verify compliance with health and safety at work (SSM) standards at the work site;
• Coordinate the assembly of equipment, machinery, and installations at the work site;
• Ensure the training of subordinate personnel on work procedures and project-specific requirements;
• Organize the activities of subcontractors and monitor the quality of works executed by them;
• Monitor compliance with deadlines set in execution schedules and ensure adherence to agreed execution deadlines;
• Identify and communicate in advance any risks, blockages, or non-conformities that may affect project execution;
• Monitor compliance with quantity lists established in the contract and avoid overruns;
• Prepare the necessary documentation for executed works (quality certificates, reception documents, etc.);
• Be responsible for the application of current standards and norms for the coordinated projects;
• Keep daily records of works, prepare monthly payment statements, and obtain beneficiary confirmations;
• Participate in the reception of works at the work site and coordinate the repairs/completions indicated in the minutes.

Requirements:

• Availability for frequent travel within the country and abroad (approximately 85% of the time);
• Higher technical education: engineering graduate (Installations, Mechanical, TCM, Electrical, or related fields);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technological installation assembly, production line maintenance, or operational team coordination;
• Advanced English language skills (technical and conversational); other foreign languages are an advantage;
• Very good MS Office operating skills;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage;
• Category B driving license;
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, initiative, and accountability for decisions;
• Analytical, synthesis, and planning skills, with attention to detail and rigor in document preparation;
• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills, including in multicultural environments;
• Stress resistance, ability to prioritize under deadlines, and flexibility in solving unforeseen problems.
