Installation Assembly Supervisor
Job description
Are you a technical professional with experience in coordinating assembly and installation work? Join our team in the role of Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Together with the Project Manager, prepares execution schedules for ongoing projects and communicates them to subordinate personnel;
- Supports the Project Manager in developing time standards for executed works;
- Ensures the necessary workforce and technical-material resources, informing the Project Manager in advance about needs;
- Verifies compliance with Health and Safety at Work (H&S) standards at the work site;
- Coordinates the assembly of equipment, machinery, and installations at the work site;
- Ensures the training of subordinate personnel on work procedures and project-specific requirements;
- Organizes the activity of subcontractors and monitors the quality of works executed by them;
- Monitors adherence to deadlines established in execution schedules and ensures compliance with agreed execution deadlines;
- Identifies and communicates in advance potential risks, blockages, or non-conformities that may affect project execution;
- Follows the established quantity lists in the contract and avoids overruns;
- Prepares the necessary documentation for executed works (quality certificates, reception documents, etc.);
- Is responsible for the application of current standards and norms for coordinated projects;
- Keeps daily records of works, prepares monthly payment statements, and obtains beneficiary confirmations;
- Participates in work reception at the work site and coordinates the corrections/completions indicated in the minutes.
Requirements:
- Availability for frequent travel within the country and abroad (approximately 85% of the time);
- Higher technical education: engineering graduate (Installations, Mechanical, TCM, Electrical, or related fields);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technological installation assembly, production line maintenance, or operational team coordination;
- Advanced English language skills (technical and conversational); other foreign languages are an advantage;
- Very good MS Office operational knowledge;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage;
- Availability for constant travel within the country and abroad (approximately 80% of the time);
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, initiative, and taking responsibility for decisions;
- Analytical, synthesis, and planning skills, with attention to detail and rigor in document preparation;
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills, including in multicultural environments;
- Stress resistance, ability to prioritize under deadlines, and flexibility in solving unforeseen problems.
