Production Supervisor

Department of Production Back End Gen6 (DRM Dräxlmaier Romania S.R.L.) is looking for colleagues to occupy the role of Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Configuring machines and systems for production;
• Performing minor repairs and preventive replacement of parts (e.g. wear-and-tear parts), as well as monitoring maintenance intervals;
• Knowledge of all technologies in the area of responsibility;
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and optimizing workflow;
• Responsible for utilizing production capacity to its maximum, using production lines efficiently, preventing and eliminating interruptions or defects;
• Performing periodic evaluations/statistics on defects/errors that have occurred on the production line, analyzing them with support departments and direct superior, and defining prevention measures.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education in a technical field; 
• Knowledge in technical, electrical, automation fields;
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the technical or automotive field; 
• Moderate knowledge of English language;
