Industrial cleaning company, hiring Team Supervisor Cleaning for location situated in Timisoara. (Siemens street nr.1)
Responsibilities:
- Training new employees;
- Ensuring the completion of each operator's tasks;
- Ensuring all employees use work equipment/protective gear correctly;
- Verifying areas according to cleaning plans;
- Receiving goods and ensuring conformity;
- Verifying and resolving open client tickets;
- Ensuring respect for safety and psychological norms;
- Verifying and labeling work tools and equipment according to the work program;
Requirements:
- Communication skills.
- Team spirit.
- Dynamic person.
Benefits (bonuses, benefits):
- Work schedule: single shift;
- Salary: 3500 lei net;
- Meal tickets: 40lei/day worked;
- Transportation reimbursement: 200 lei;
