Minimum experience of 2-3 years as Floor Supervisor in hotels 4 or 5 stars ? Knowledge of quality standards in luxury hospitality ? Experience in managing a team and ensuring high-quality service ? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
