What we're looking for: We are seeking a graduate psychologist with specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Additionally, they should be familiar with the principles of Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) and have experience using various tools and strategies to support individuals with ASD. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients with ASD; • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans; • Provide training and consultation services to families, caregivers, and professionals on behavioral strategies and techniques; • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest level of care is provided. Requirements: • Master's degree in Psychology or related field; • Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD); • Strong background in behavioral analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation; • Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) principles; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
