Logistics Maintenance Supervisor (Highways and Loading)

About the Sucuriú Project The Sucuriú Project marks the entry of Arauco's cellulose division into Brazil. The $4.6 billion investment includes the construction of a plant with a production capacity of 3.5 million tons of short-fiber cellulose per year. It is located on an area of 3,500 hectares, 50 kilometers from the city center of Inocência (MS) and alongside the Sucuriú River. The land preparation phase began in 2024 and the expected operational entry date is by the end of 2027. Throughout all phases of the project, we are looking for a Supervisor(a) Manutenção Logística (Estradas e Carregamento) to lead our logistics maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing logistics operations, including highways and loading, as well as knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. He/She must be able to work effectively with the project's various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all logistical activities are carried out safely and efficiently, while also meeting the project's production targets. In addition to these responsibilities, he/she will be expected to develop and implement strategies for improving logistics operations, as well as monitor and control costs. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Logistics or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He/She must also have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
